July 8 through 13, 2013—Cooking with Benedetta at Bella Fortuna

I will be in Lake Leelanau, in Northern Michigan, as a guest chef for the second season of the new Florentine-style restaurant Bella Fortuna. It is the project of my friends Dr. Jane Fortune & Dr. Bob Hesse, who spend part of each year at a home in Florence.
